Purpose of Training

A strong understanding of electrical systems is required in more than 80% of all service scenarios.

This course is designed to provide the non-electrician attendee with a full understanding of basic electrical theory, controls, motors, wiring, and the electrical troubleshooting process.

This book details HVACR electrical system operation, systematic troubleshooting and service. It was written with the non-electrician in mind. It provides service technicians with the information necessary to diagnose and solve electrical system faults. Sections on safety, schematic interpretation, system components, motors, electric heat, & troubleshooting are included. An additional section on basic electricity is included to provide a foundation for those with less experience.
